AtlasCarta

How AtlasCarta verifies information

Published requirements should lead back to their source.

AtlasCarta distinguishes what has been researched, what a person has checked against the cited official page, and what needs to be checked again after a source changes.

public pathways source-verified as of 2026-10-08

4

Source verified

A person checked the cited official page against the published rule set.

0

Verification stale

The source changed after the last human check, so the old verification no longer stands.

349

Not currently verified

No current human source-verification badge is claimed for these pathways.

What a badge means

Source verification is specific and time-bound.

A source-verified badge means a reviewer opened the cited official source and confirmed that the published requirements AtlasCarta shows matched that source at the time of review. It is not a guarantee that the programme will never change, and it is not a prediction about an individual application.

When a source changes

Verification can lapse instead of quietly going stale.

When AtlasCarta detects that a cited source has changed, the previous verification can be marked stale and returned to the review workflow. Until a person checks the updated source, the public record should not continue displaying the old verification as current.

Check the evidence on the pathway itself.

Each public pathway page shows its current review and verification state and, where available, links to the official source used for verification.
