Section 1
Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AtlasCarta, including the AtlasCarta website, mobile applications, pathway assessment tools, reports, alerts, comparison tools, professional-review features and related services.
By creating an account, accessing AtlasCarta or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the AtlasCarta Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Section 2
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an AtlasCarta account. AtlasCarta requires an explicit adult-age attestation during public self-registration.
Information about a spouse, child, dependant or another person may only be supplied where you have the lawful authority or permission necessary to provide it. You are responsible for ensuring information you supply about yourself or another person is accurate and lawfully provided.
Section 3
What AtlasCarta provides
AtlasCarta is an immigration-pathway intelligence and research platform. It can help users explore immigration, residence, work, study, family and investment pathways; compare supplied facts with published programme requirements; save and compare pathways; create scenarios; receive relevant alerts; generate structured reports; and, where available, obtain separate professional review.
AtlasCarta may use structured, deterministic rule evaluation to compare user-supplied facts with published requirements. A result describes that comparison; it is not a government decision.
Section 4
No government decision or approval guarantee
AtlasCarta is not a government immigration authority. A result shown by AtlasCarta does not mean that a visa, residence permit, citizenship application or other government application will be approved.
Labels such as eligible, match, pass, review, not yet eligible or similar descriptions relate only to the information and rules evaluated by AtlasCarta. Government authorities may consider evidence, discretion, background information or circumstances that AtlasCarta does not evaluate.
Users should confirm consequential requirements with the relevant official authority before making significant financial, employment, educational, relocation or immigration decisions.
Section 5
Professional review
The general AtlasCarta platform provides information, research and structured assessment rather than individualized legal representation.
Where professional or consultant review is available, professional comments and recommendations remain separate from AtlasCarta's automated rule results and official programme requirements. Availability and scope may depend on jurisdiction, professional authorization, commercial plan and the particular service offered.
Section 6
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate registration and profile information, keeping credentials secure, maintaining control of your registered email address, updating materially inaccurate information and notifying AtlasCarta if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You must not allow another person to impersonate you or use your account in a misleading or unlawful manner.
Section 7
Information used for assessments
AtlasCarta assessments depend substantially on the information you provide. Incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information may produce incomplete or inappropriate results. Where information has not been supplied, AtlasCarta may treat a requirement as unresolved rather than assume it is satisfied.
AtlasCarta may preserve historical profile snapshots so that previous assessments remain associated with the information and rules used when they were produced, subject to the Privacy Notice and account-deletion process.
Section 8
Changing immigration rules
Immigration programmes, eligibility requirements, fees, quotas, occupation lists and procedures can change without notice. AtlasCarta seeks to maintain source-backed information and may display source, verification and review information where available, but does not guarantee that every government change will be identified or reflected immediately.
Official government sources take precedence where a conflict exists.
Section 9
Free and paid services
AtlasCarta may offer free and paid plans. Features, usage limits and availability may differ between plans and may change as the service develops.
A paid capability is available only when AtlasCarta's server records a valid entitlement for the relevant account. A checkout-success page, payment confirmation screen or app-store purchase screen does not by itself override the server entitlement record.
Section 10
Mobile subscriptions
If AtlasCarta later introduces subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases made through those platforms may also be subject to the applicable store's terms and billing rules. Prices, billing periods and included features will be disclosed before purchase.
AtlasCarta will not expose native paid subscriptions until the applicable purchase products and server-side entitlement-verification systems are implemented.
Section 11
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Where a subscription automatically renews, the renewal period and price will be disclosed before purchase. Users may cancel future renewal using the method applicable to the channel through which the subscription was purchased.
Cancellation of renewal does not automatically erase an AtlasCarta account. Refund rights are subject to applicable law, the disclosed terms of the purchased service and, where relevant, Apple App Store or Google Play procedures. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 12
Acceptable use
You must not use AtlasCarta for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes; access another user's account or private information; interfere with service security; circumvent commercial entitlements or access controls; systematically extract AtlasCarta data without authorization; introduce malicious code; materially burden the service through abusive automation; or falsely represent an AtlasCarta result as a government decision or guarantee.
AtlasCarta may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or legal obligations.
Section 13
Intellectual property
AtlasCarta's software, interface, databases, original explanatory material, branding, methodology and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Precision Interactive Network FZE LLC unless otherwise stated. Government information and third-party source materials remain subject to the rights applicable to those materials.
Section 14
Your information and privacy
You retain applicable rights in information you submit. You authorize AtlasCarta to process that information to operate the service, perform requested assessments, maintain account functionality, provide reports and features, protect the service and perform other activities described in the Privacy Notice.
Personal-data processing, access, correction, export and deletion are addressed in greater detail in the AtlasCarta Privacy Notice.
Section 15
Account deletion
AtlasCarta provides a process for requesting account deletion. Destructive action may require identity or account verification before it is performed.
Where permitted or required, limited records may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution or other legitimate compliance purposes. The Privacy Notice describes the applicable deletion and retention approach in greater detail.
Section 16
Third-party services and official sources
AtlasCarta may link to government websites, official programme sources or third-party services. Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and availability. A link or citation does not mean that the third party endorses AtlasCarta.
Section 17
Availability and changes
AtlasCarta is an evolving service. Precision Interactive Network FZE LLC may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Where a material change affects an active paid subscription, AtlasCarta will provide notice where required by applicable law or applicable store/payment rules.
Section 18
Disclaimer
AtlasCarta provides pathway information and assessment tools to assist research and decision-making. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service does not guarantee that any particular immigration outcome will occur, that every available pathway is included, that every requirement will remain unchanged, or that user circumstances will satisfy requirements applied by a government authority.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 19
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Interactive Network FZE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on informational or automated pathway results. Users remain responsible for consequential decisions including immigration applications, travel, relocation, employment changes, education enrolment, investments and professional engagements.
This section does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Section 20
Suspension and termination
AtlasCarta may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, security abuse, misuse affecting other users or the platform, attempted circumvention of access controls, or a legal or regulatory requirement to restrict access.
A user may stop using AtlasCarta at any time and may request account deletion through the available deletion process.
Section 21
Governing law and disputes
The intended governing-law position for this draft is the applicable law of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to a user. The final court/jurisdiction and dispute wording remains a legal-review item and will be confirmed before this draft is treated as final.
Section 22
Changes to these Terms
AtlasCarta may update these Terms as the service develops or legal, regulatory or commercial requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner. The current version and effective date will be made available through AtlasCarta.
Section 23
