Pathway overview

For recent graduates of eligible top-ranked overseas universities, to work in the UK without a job offer or sponsor.

Verified directly from GOV.UK: you must have been awarded a bachelor's, postgraduate, or PhD-level qualification (verified via an Ecctis assessment) by a university on GOV.UK's own eligible global universities list — UK universities are explicitly not eligible — within the last 5 years, speak, read, write and understand English to at least CEFR level B2, have enough personal savings (unless you've already held a UK visa for 12+ months, not modeled here), and never have previously held an HPI visa, a Graduate visa, or attended as a Doctorate Extension Scheme student. You can only ever apply for this visa once.
