Verified directly from Immigration New Zealand's own page: you must have a current, full-time (at least 30 hours/week) job offer from an employer accredited for the AEWV with an approved job check for your role, paid at least the market rate. You must also meet skill/experience/qualification/registration requirements specific to your job's ANZSCO or NOL skill level (genuinely branches by skill level — not modeled by this tool), speak and understand English if your job's skill level is 3 to 5 (conditional — not checked here), be in good health, and be of good character.
