Pathway overview

For non-EEA nationals who previously held a valid employment permit and fell out of the immigration system through no fault of their own, or were exploited, to work legally again.

Verified directly from enterprise.gov.ie: you must have previously entered the labour market legally on a valid Employment Permit and fallen out of the system through no fault of your own (or been badly treated or exploited in the workplace), your new job must pay at least the National Minimum Wage, and the employer must have at least 50% of its workforce made up of EEA nationals (unless you are the sole employee).
