Verified directly from enterprise.gov.ie: you must have a job offer paid at least €36,605 per year (reduced rates of €32,691 apply to specific occupations like horticulture workers, meat processor operatives, health care assistants, and home support workers — not modeled here), pass the Labour Market Needs Test or qualify for one of its exemptions (Critical Skills occupation, €68,911+ salary, an Enterprise Ireland/IDA Ireland recommendation, caring for someone with exceptional medical needs, or a prior-redundancy carveout — this tool checks a single self-declared yes/no, not each specific path), and the employer must meet the 50% EEA-workforce rule.
