For participants in a recognised international exchange agreement (e.g. AIESEC, IAESTE, Fulbright) working in Ireland.

Verified directly from enterprise.gov.ie: you must be supported by a letter from a recognised exchange organisation confirming the agreement applies to you, be paid at least the National Minimum Wage, and the employer must be registered with the Revenue Commissioners and Companies Registration Office, currently trading in Ireland, with at least 50% of its workforce made up of EEA nationals.
