For non-EU nationals with an innovative or economically significant business project, certified by ENISA.

Verified via WebSearch, cross-referenced across multiple independent sources: you need a favorable report from ENISA certifying your business project as innovative, scalable, or of special economic interest to Spain — without it, the application cannot proceed. You also need personal means of at least €600/month (100% of the 2026 IPREM; a further 50% of IPREM per accompanying family member is not separately checked by this tool).
