Pathway overview
A pathway to permanent residence for skilled workers with a job offer from a designated employer in one of 14 participating rural Canadian communities.
Verified directly from IRCC's own eligibility page. You must have a valid job offer from an employer designated by one of the pilot's participating rural communities (across Nova Scotia, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia), at least 1,560 hours (about 1 year) of related work experience within the past 3 years, an approved language test result, a Canadian educational credential or its foreign equivalent, and proof of enough money to support yourself and your family (waived if you already hold a valid Canadian work permit). No fixed language level or funds figure is published on this specific eligibility page, so those two aren't checked here. A sibling Francophone Community Immigration Pilot exists with its own separate community list and isn't covered by this rule set.
